The villa area borders Kungshamn's sports and playground area with skateboard ramps, cable cars, climbing frames, football fields, etc. The villa's location is also perfect for those who want to live near salt baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several baths, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, at Tången's bathing area there is also a disabled ramp. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, maybe a fishing boat has come ashore with the day's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with swimming areas as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago all on your own. If you want to take a look under the sea surface, there are diving opportunities both from land and boat.
