The wonderful penthouse offers 3 impressive terraces where you can eat or dine outdoors with your loved ones, or relax with a drink at sunset, while enjoying the views of the port of Sotogrande.
The interior of the apartment has been decorated with great style and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay perfect. The large living room - dining room offers a fabulous sofa, the magnificent decorative fireplace, Smart TV and a large dining area with space for 8 people. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and all the necessary equipment so you can cook your best dishes during your vacation. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Three of them have a double bed and only one has two single beds. There is also a guest toilet. Ducted air conditioning in all spaces completes the equipment.
Sotogrande is presented as a select residential area in the vicinity of San Roque, which provides all the essential amenities for an autonomous stay. Its marina, recognized as one of the most prestigious in Europe, offers an exceptional marine environment for sailing enthusiasts, along with a vibrant atmosphere and global reach. Our visitors will have the opportunity to stroll through the port, contemplate the impressive luxury boats and delight in the refined cuisine offered by the restaurants with views of the ocean. The beach is just 150 meters away, making this accommodation the ideal destination to enjoy a holiday bathed in sun and sea.
The rental includes a mandatory 4 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday (holidays not included).
There is no crib or high chair. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De bank in de woonkamer was ongelooflijk comfortabel, perfect om te ontspannen na een dagje strand,
Het penthouse is werkelijk schitterend! De terrassen zijn perfect om te genieten van een glas wijn terwijl je de zonsondergang over de haven van Sotogrande bewondert. Een echte aanrader!
De terrassen zijn een hoogtepunt! We ontbeten elke ochtend buiten en genoten van het mooie weer.
