The beautiful villa has a large porch where you can have a drink and relax, a garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables.
The interior is divided into 2 floors and is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The room has AC and Smart TV. The dining room has views of the garden and access from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor they have 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and AC, and the other with 2 single beds, AC and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. On the first floor, which is accessed by external stairs, we find another room with TV (without satellite), a bedroom with two single beds, AC and ceiling fan and a large bathroom with shower. The house has oil central heating and we can provide a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The villa is located in a mainly residential area but with basic services at hand such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The sea is really close and they have a small cove, it is Caló des Pou about 700 meters away. They have other coves not far away, such as Cala Petita or Cala Gran, and if you have the opportunity, be sure to visit Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyà or Caló des Moro by car. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Fantastische locatie, op slechts 200 meter van een charmant klein strandje, zeer dicht bij een handige supermarkt, winkels en eetgelegenheden. Over het algemeen een zeer aangenaam resort aan zee, in een rustige omgeving, op loopafstand van Cala d'Or. Prachtig, schaduwrijk terras buiten. Zeer vriendelijke en genereuze gastheer, Toni. Heerlijke BBQ. Genoeg ligbedden. Er was fruit en een fles wijn voor ons achtergelaten. Veel ruimte en fijn om een apart appartement boven te hebben.
Mijn vrienden en ik hebben 8 dagen doorgebracht in dit goede appartement met twee verdiepingen. Het heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een grill. We parkeerden onze auto op straat voor het huis en vonden de wasmachine erg handig. De gastheer was erg behulpzaam, ze besteedden aandacht aan elk detail, waren snel om te helpen als er problemen waren en we kregen onze borg binnen een paar dagen terug.
