To start the morning in a refreshing way, the house has a private chlorine pool measuring 5x2.5 meters and a depth that ranges from 1.5 to 1.70 meters. The pool is surrounded by a garden with 4 sun loungers and an umbrella where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The furnished porch before entering the house offers a space to eat quietly outdoors. The exterior of the house has a shower.

Distributed over 2 floors, the interior of the house begins with the spacious living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The living room area has two sofas where you can relax while watching the TV, while the dining area invites 5 people to enjoy the meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils necessary to cook during your stay, including an induction hob. This kitchen leads to the second fully furnished porch where we can enjoy a good breakfast outdoors. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To finish the ground floor, you will have the first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and closet, and a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining rooms, all equipped with A/C and wardrobe. The master bedroom, with access to a furnished balcony, has a double bed, as well as a dressing room and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The two remaining bedrooms have two single beds. Finally, this floor has another bathroom with a bathtub.
