This beautiful apartment is part of a wonderful complex where entertainment is guaranteed. Its community facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, playground, gym, sauna and jacuzzi (at room temperature). The chlorine pool has a size of 20 x 8 m and a depth of 1.1 to 1.8 m. And the children's pool is 6 m2 and 0.6 m deep. They also find their private corner on the apartment's terrace, ideal for having breakfast before enjoying the facilities or the beach, which is about 750 meters away.
This first floor, with an elevator, has a living-dining room with television. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with induction and everything you need to cook. Here they have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe. Two have AC and two single beds and the third has a double bed, terrace, cot/highchair and en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the entire house.
Playa de Gandia is the ideal destination for lovers of the beach and the proximity of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is located only 750 meters from the apartment and the closest golf course is Gandía, about 4.9 km away.
Swimming pool open all year round from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Playground, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi and gym available from May 15 to October 15 daily. The rest of the year available only on the weekend.
Tennis equipment available: 2 rackets and balls. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Uitstekend appartement, in een complex met een zwembad, jacuzzi en sportvelden, Perfect voor het hele gezin, Het ligt een beetje ver van het commerciële gebied, maar in ons geval was het geen probleem, Het hoogtepunt is het terras, Het heeft Wi-Fi, wat niet gebruikelijk is in Gandía,
Het was een lage verdieping met weinig trappen en parkeergelegenheid.
rustige residentie met een prachtig zwembad
Hoewel het grote familieappartement niet volledig is uitgerust zoals geadverteerd, bevindt het zich toch in een zeer rustig deel van Gandía en is de urbanisatie zeer goed onderhouden.
