The wonderful exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. On the main terrace you will find a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 6m x 5m and a depth range of between 0.75m and 1.65 meters. If you prefer, you can bathe in the sea thanks to the private and direct access that you will find across the lush and well-kept garden. The exteriors also consist of a porch, a barbecue area and several terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
The careful and elegant interior of the 4-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On three of the floors you will find living rooms equipped with AC and Smart TV. The living room on the main floor also has a dining area, while the other two have access to two terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have 6 bedrooms distributed over several floors, all of them with AC and heating. Three have double beds. And in addition, they have an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub. The remaining three are equipped with two single beds. Of these, one also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A toilet completes the equipment of the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Cala d'Or is one of the most spectacular destinations to spend your holidays on the island. The area has all the necessary services for your stay. To the beauty of the typical buildings in the area we must add the paradisiacal coves around it, Cala Petita being the closest and which can be accessed directly from your accommodation, but without forgetting, for example, Cala d'Or, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Serena, in addition to the impressive Mondragó Natural Park. They also have a golf course just 9 km away, known as Golf Vall d'Or, in case you want to spend a different day. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De golfbaan in de buurt was een leuke verrassing, we hebben er een dag doorgebracht en hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, het landschap was prachtig,
De woning is goed uitgerust en comfortabel. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om te koken, en de woonkamers waren ruim en gastvrij.
Het pand is prachtig ontworpen, de stijlvolle inrichting zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden, we hielden vooral van de gezellige woonkamer,
De BBQ-plek was een hoogtepunt van onze reis. We hebben een gezellige avond doorgebracht met grillen en genieten van het diner op de veranda met vrienden.
We waardeerden de airconditioning in het hele huis, het hield ons koel tijdens de warme mediterrane dagen,
Over het algemeen een geweldige plek voor een vakantie, het had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannend uitje,
