In this beautiful and comfortable house you can enjoy the tranquility of being on the outskirts of an inland town but enjoying all the comforts. Outside you can cool off in the beautiful chlorine pool that measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.5 meters. After bathing, there's nothing like sunbathing on one of the sun loungers, or having a drink under the porch while we prepare the barbecue. Next to the entrance of the house you will find another area where you can eat and dine with your family while enjoying the incredible Mallorcan climate. The house is located within the town and there are direct neighbors.
The 130 m2 house is distributed over two floors that have been restored so that you can enjoy all the comforts during your stay. In the living room you can rest on one of the sofas, watch television or take a short nap. Next is the dining area that has capacity for 4 people. Finally, the kitchen, equipped with the essentials for cooking on vacation, including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a small table with chairs for breakfast. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find the first two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and both with a fan and wardrobe. The ground floor is completed with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, which serve the entire house. Going up the stairs you will find the last bedroom, also with two single beds, fan and wardrobe. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.
The house is located in the town of Algaida where you can find all the basic services for an independent stay: a grocery store, bars and restaurants with traditional Mallorcan food. From here you can visit the Can Gordiola glass factory, or also go to Puig de Randa and enjoy beautiful views of the island. The closest beach is El Arenal, with all the services and a great atmosphere. If you are a golf lover, the closest course is just 13.6 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.

De grootte van de accommodatie, met 2 badkamers, De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn goed gescheiden, wat handig is als iemand eerder opstaat of anders, Het zwembad, hoewel klein, Het terras, Niet zo ver van het vliegveld,
alles wat je nodig hebt voor het leven is aanwezig!
Het is een uiterst comfortabel huis, met alle voorzieningen. In een zeer rustige omgeving, op 15 minuten van Palma, zou ik het volledig aanbevelen,
Het huis is groot en schoon, hoewel het een beetje donker is. Dit stoorde ons echter niet omdat we vaak uitgingen. De keuken is voldoende uitgerust voor ons gebruik. Er is een grote badkamer en een badkamer met douche. We waardeerden het terras met twee buitenruimtes om te dineren en de barbecue, De privégarage is een pluspunt, De locatie is ideaal, Algaida ligt dicht bij een hoofdweg waardoor we de meest afgelegen hoeken van het "eiland in ongeveer 50 minuten konden bereiken, Bovendien, Het ligt dicht bij de luchthaven (18 minuten met de auto),
De buitenkant was prachtig, met verschillende schaduw- en zonlichtplekken. Het zwembad was prima, ook al was het niet verwarmd. De bedden waren comfortabel (hoewel de eenpersoonsbedden een beetje lawaaierig waren!). Het interieur was ruim met hoge plafonds en conventionele voorzieningen. Het is 15 minuten lopen naar de stad, maar de wandeling is rustig. Het was erg handig dat er twee badkamers waren. De beschikbaarheid van de garage was ongelooflijk voordelig, aangezien er geen parkeergelegenheid op straat is.
