The property's private terrace is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Imagine starting the day having breakfast in the sun, lunch, dinner or a drink at the end of the day with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The home, located on the first floor of a three-story block, is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. A spacious and bright room houses the living-dining room, equipped with AC and satellite TV, and the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds together and the third with a bunk bed. Two independent bathrooms with shower serve the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The accommodation is located a short distance from the center of Port de Pollença, one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar atmosphere. So, if you feel like it, you can take a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops, restaurants and all the services necessary for an independent stay. L'Arenalet beach, a beautiful golden sandy area, is a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. Taking advantage of your stay, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, the Formentor viewpoint or Cala Sant Vicenç. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. Uitstekende locatie, gemakkelijk bereikbaar, goede afmetingen en indeling, fantastische voorzieningen
De locatie is uitstekend, vlak bij het strand van Port de Pollenca. Het appartement is ruim met drie slaapkamers. De bedden zijn schoon en comfortabel. Goede voorzieningen zoals een wasmachine, een Nespresso-apparaat en een vaatwasser. De wasmachine was efficiënt, we hebben hem gebruikt voor onze sportkleding. Het appartement was netjes, de keuken was schoon en de twee badkamers waren brandschoon. Zou het aanbevelen en opnieuw boeken.
We vonden de plek geweldig, het is slechts een korte wandeling naar het stadscentrum en op een steenworp afstand van het strand,
Uiterst schoon, gezellig en een uitstekende locatie, dicht bij de stad en het strand,
Het appartement was ideaal gelegen in het stadscentrum, maar toch ook extreem rustig. Het was uitzonderlijk schoon en had prachtig meubilair. Een heel ontspannend appartement. Het balkon was perfect voor ons ontbijt. We raden het ten zeerste aan!
