You will be able to enjoy a magnificent vacation in an incomparable and peaceful environment. When you return from the beach you can cool off in the beautiful chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters. It includes a 4 x 2 meter children's pool area, 1 meter deep. Next to it, sun loungers and hammocks to relax while enjoying the good weather. The porch next to the house has several corners to eat and dine together or have vermouth before eating while the little ones take a bath. Another corner of the furnished porch will allow you to rest and disconnect while having a coffee at sunset at the table and armchairs arranged for it. Outside you will also find a barbecue area where you can prepare juicy grilled meats and fish, and that porch is also suitable for the winter season as well. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The house has 210 m2 distributed on a warm and comfortable floor to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the ground floor you will find the living room, with a comfortable sofa and armchairs where you can enjoy the entertainment of a Smart TV and rest. The dining table seats 4 people. The kitchen is independent and well equipped, with an induction cooker, dishwasher and a side table for 4 people where you can prepare breakfast, and with access to the porch and barbecue area. On this floor we also find a bathroom with a bathtub. The three bedrooms are located below. One has a double bed, the second with a bunk bed and the last with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobe. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This house is located very close to the sea in Sa Rápita, although its beach is 2 km away. It is a beach with fine sand and transparent waters within a beautiful natural environment characterized by its dune system and the pine forest that is behind the sandy area. It is a quiet and family beach, also ideal for surfing and windsurfing. You can visit other beautiful beaches nearby with Es Trenc. In the town you will find the basic services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
