The patio of this pretty town house is perfect for relaxing. In the morning it invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast, followed by a pleasant reading, a rest in the sun on the 6 sun loungers or a visit to the beach, which is only 3.5 km away. Then, you can finish the day with an exquisite barbecue under the porch.

The house has 4 floors. The ground floor offers the kitchen-dining room, -equipped with gas stove and A/C-, and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor you will find the living room - where you can watch TV-SAT -, a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed (one with a wardrobe). On the 2nd floor there is a living room and the fourth bedroom with a double bed and dressing room. All rooms have A/C. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a crib and high chair. Floor -1 is the height of the patio.

Sóller is one of the most charming towns in Mallorca. Located in a valley in the heart of the Tramuntana, its landscape, its tranquility, its quality and its services make it highly acclaimed as a tourist attraction. Don't miss a ride on the old train and tram to Port de Sóller, where you can dine in good restaurants or try their homemade ice cream. The house is located in a central pedestrian street in the city.

The house has a space to store your bicycles - Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 26 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
