The exteriors of this wonderful house are very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and decorated especially to make you enjoy your time there, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing exquisite barbecues, sunbathing or reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best thing is that in front of them they have a large garden area that leads directly to the sea. Right here you can swim next to the boats if you feel like it, although the pebble beach is only 450 meters away or a couple of minutes' walk away.

The house has two floors. In the main room you will find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Often the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas stove. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, the one on the ground floor has a shower and the one on the upper floor has a bathtub. Then, the four bedrooms are located upstairs, three with a double bed and one with two single beds. Three also offer a closet and two have access to one of the terraces. A cot, a high chair, three fans and four radiators are available.

Alcanada is a very quiet and familiar coastal urbanization, since the people who visit it are usually locals. Here you will find a small supermarket and restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking to be calm and access the sea in just a few steps. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse. Keep in mind that if you want to visit a sandy beach you must go to Puerto de Alcúdia, 2.9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
