This charming apartment is located on the seafront, in a coastal area that offers stunning views of the ocean. The exterior of the property has a large terrace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and sea views. It is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe or dine outdoors as the terrace is furnished.
Located on the third floor, the spacious interior of the apartment is distributed over a single floor. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach while enjoying a movie. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and welcoming space to share family meals. The ceramic and gas kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay and has a laundry area in the interior patio with a washing machine, dryer and iron for greater convenience. When it comes to sleeping, you will have four bedrooms, all equipped with A/C and a closet. Three bedrooms have a double bed, one of them with a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. To complete the layout of the apartment, they have a second bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet equipped with a toilet and sink.
Altea, located on Spain's Costa Blanca, is a picturesque coastal town known for its old town with cobblestone streets and whitewashed houses. In the town you will find a variety of bars and restaurants to taste the varied local cuisine. The church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo stands out, with its distinctive blue dome, and its impressive views of the Mediterranean. The apartment is located on the seafront and just 450 meters away you can enjoy Playa de la Olla, where you can spend the day under the sun. Het interieur is modern maar toch gastvrij. We voelden ons zeer comfortabel tijdens ons verblijf.
We waren blij dat we een wasmachine en droger hadden. Dat maakte het inpakken voor onze terugreis een stuk makkelijker.
De locatie is fantastisch! Op slechts een korte loopafstand van het strand, en de geplaveide straatjes van Altea zijn heerlijk om te verkennen.
De airconditioning werkte perfect en hield ons koel tijdens de warme avonden. Dat vonden we erg fijn!
